The Role of the Building Surveyor
The Building Surveyor will collaborate closely with the Building Consultancy and Fire Safety teams, offering clients services such as fire risk assessments, condition surveys, and technical due diligence, among others.
This role will entail a variety of responsibilities, with projects assigned from the very beginning. The Building Surveyor will work on projects spanning diverse sectors, including retail, leisure, offices, industrial, public sector, and residential.
Requirements:
- MRICS qualified or in the final stages of qualification
- Diligent and committed work ethic
- Proficient in managing multiple projects concurrently
- Familiarity with conducting fire risk assessments
