A dynamic Building Surveying practice are now seeking an entrepreneurial Senior Building Surveyor, to join their London office.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor you will be working on a wide range of interesting projects across the main sectors we are involved with; housing, education, commercial, care and health.
As the successful Senior Building Surveyor, you will be joining as a crucial pillar for this growing business, taking an active role in business development, new recruitment and training/mentoring APC Building Surveyors.
The successful Senior Building Surveyor
- MRICS preferably, or AssocRICS with RICS accredited degree
- Experience of leading interdisciplinary project teams
- 3+ years private practice/ consultancy background
- Commercially minded
- Previous management experience would be beneficial
