A contemporary and forward-looking Chartered Building Surveying company is currently in search of an ambitious Senior Building Surveyor to join their rapidly expanding team of seven Building Surveyors at their London office. Requirements and Benefits for the Successful Senior Building Surveyor
To be considered for the role of Senior Building Surveyor, the following qualifications and experience are preferred:
- MRICS qualification is preferred, or alternatively, AssocRICS with an RICS accredited degree
- Demonstrated interest and experience in project-focused work
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a private practice or consultancy setting
- Commercially astute with excellent communication skills and a driven attitude
- Previous management experience is advantageous but not essential

The Senior Building Surveyor will have a project-focused role, overseeing contract administration and project management for redevelopment and Cat A refurbishment projects in the commercial sector. These projects will range in value up to £140 million.
As the successful candidate for the Senior Building Surveyor position, you will play a vital role within the company, contributing to its growth and success. You will actively participate in business development activities, as well as take responsibility for recruiting new team members and providing training and mentoring support to APC Building Surveyors.
