Sales Consultant – Construction Layout (UK)

Responsibilities:
Main duties and responsibilities include:
Achieve or exceed sales targets set on an annual basis via Direct and distribution channel
Maintain relationships with existing and potential sub distribution to increase the sales of layout products.
Understand the solutions available and be able to present product solutions proficiently to meet the client’s requirements.
Monitor market pricing, market size and Topcon market share within the specific business areas.
Identify and target new business opportunities and prospective customers.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will require the following experience, knowledge and skills.

Strong sales and account management experience in a similar role, ideally in construction related industries, with a proven ability to sell.
Previous experience of working in construction or related industries, layout is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and set priorities
Effective presentation and communication skills, both verbally and in written form.
Ability to adapt to individual and operational change in a diverse and fast-paced organisation.
Self-motivated and can work within a remotely located team.

This is a field-based role, so candidates will be required to have a full UK driving licence.
