looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who has a proven track record working for a Main Contractor. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and looking for a new challenge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office based in the Bangor Offices with travel to site as required.
- Ensuring continuous communication with other team members to review contract progress.
- Address immediately associated issues as well as advising the client of variations and forecasting of the account.
- Advising accounts of progress and delays and supporting this with relevant document correspondence.
- Identifying training needs of team members liaising with Training Manager.
