This individual will have worked in a similar role and have knowledge within the sectors; Built environment and Temporary Structures with a wealth of knowledge in Quantity surveying. The key requirements for this client is that the successful individual can work in a fast pasted environment and have positive attitude. They are open to considering candidates from Assistant level and eager to secure a new exciting opportunity to grow with an expanding company.
Quantity Surveyor Position Overview
- Quantity Surveyor based in Cambridge
- Experience in a similar role or coming from assistant level
- Joining a Multi-disciplined practice
- Office based, occasional site visits
- Board range of sectors; Retail, Commercial, Education and Industrial
Quantity Surveyor Position Requirements
- Ideally worked for a Multi-disciplined consultancy
- Demonstrate key leadership skills
- Knowledge/ Experience of Temporary Structures and Refurbishments in
- Commercial and Education sectors
- Experience using Microsoft Excel
- Degree qualified (desirable)
Quantity Surveyor Position Remuneration
- Highly competitive salary £35,000-£55,000 (D.O.E)
- Holiday Allowance; 28 days including bank holidays
- Car allowance / Company car
