Job Description
Our client is looking for a Project Architect that will be confident liaising with other professionals, leading a project from inception through to completion and supporting junior members of staff. It would also be beneficial for the Senior Architectural Technologist to have some experience with running their own jobs independently.
Project Architect Position Remuneration
- Competitive salary (£35,000 – £45,000 DOE)

Project Architect Position Overview
- Working closely with a team to help deliver projects at all levels of the RIBA Work stages
- Assist with the development of architectural designs that meet client aspirations
- Working closely with the team leader to manage resources, time and implement best practice
- Liaising with all statutory authorities
- Supporting bids and feasibilities to help secure new work
- Work closely with construction professionals at all levels
- Help clients develop project briefs and establish drivers
Project Architect Position Requirements
- ARB/RIBA qualified
- Minimum of 3 years post part III experience
- Proficiency Revit is required
- Ability to manage workload effectively, make clear decisions and meet tight deadlines
- Live in or around Birmingham
- Team player & good work ethic
- Good knowledge of building/technical regulations
- Experience working as the project lead and assisting a team
