Salary: £28,000-£35,000 pro rata

Contract: 9 hours per week (0.38 FTE), permanent

Location: South Bristol Skills Academy or Ashley Down Campus

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Bricklaying Lecturer to teach up to Level 2 Bricklaying.

The ideal candidate will have:

a vocational qualification in Bricklaying (preferably to level 3 or above).
a recognised teaching qualification (DTLLS, PGCE, Cert Ed)
teaching/training and vocational experience in Bricklaying
a willingness to develop teaching skills further
good IT skills and willing to develop further
good literacy and numeracy skills
team-working skills

This position would be ideal for someone with established bricklaying skills and experience, and a flair for passing on their knowledge to others. We need your expertise and enthusiasm to enable our learners to progress through their qualifications successfully.
