Our client, an established and growing firm of property consultants based in Glasgow, are currently seeking a Graduate Building Surveyor to join their technical team due to continued growth. The graduate building surveyor will be working alongside the senior team whilst progressing towards MRICS level. Our client has 1800 assets across multiple sectors within their portfolio and they have got a structured 5-year growth plan which will contribute to the growth of the team and portfolio.
It is envisaged that the ideal candidate holds a relevant degree and post-graduation experience would be advantageous. The successful candidate must also have ambition to join a growing team and work towards becoming chartered. This opportunity offers a very competitive package and genuine career progression.

Graduate Building Surveyor Position Requirements
- Must hold a relevant degree
- Post-graduation experience would be advantageous
- Good IT and Grammar
- Full UK drivers’ licence
