Job Description
Our client, a Building Surveying Practice, based in Kingston, are seeking a Graduate Building Surveyor to join them on a full time due to continued growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who has just finished their degree and looking to commence their journey in the industry with amazing progression opportunities, including full APC support.
You will be working on a range of projects ranging from commercial to residential schemes. Duties will also be varied from; schedule of condition surveys, party wall work, dilapidations, repairs and project-based works.
Please note this is an office-based role so if applying please make sure you are happy to travel to Kingston on a daily basis.

Hold a degree in Building Surveying or similar (RICS Accredited)
Based within commuting distance of Kingston
Full driving license
Must be looking for a long-term role
