Job Title: Estimator
Salary: £28,000 – £33,000 + Package

Location: Hereford
Are you an experienced construction estimator?
Would you enjoy working on innovative and bespoke projects?
We are currently looking to speak to experienced construction estimators to join one of our clients in Hereford. This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in unique and technical projects across the residential & commercial sectors. You can expect to be working on projects up to the value of £500k across a variety of different projects such as self build housing, mutli unit housing, schools and apartments.
We would welcome conversations with estimators who:
- Have a background in new build construction – timber frame would be advantageous not essential
- Are able to understand & read from CAD drawings
- Can perform accurate take offs to a high standard
- Has the ability to work well on own initiative and within teams
- Can demonstrate a good understanding of different software packages including Microsoft Office
