Job Description
Our client, a regional residential contractor, based in Ealing, are seeking an experienced residential Estimator to join them due to continued growth. The Estimator will be based at head office in Ealing working on a range of residential projects from new build through to fit-out and refurbishment. The Estimator will be completing an array of Estimating duties working as a key member of the commercial team. Project values range anywhere between £100k up to £3M and are located across the London area.
Estimator Position Overview
- Completing a range of Estimating duties

- Estimating experience
- Previous experience Estimating for residential projects
- Must be living within commuting distance of Ealing

Estimator Position Remuneration
- Salary £45,000 – £55,000
