Customers: Main Contractors, Roofing Contractors, Architects, Local Authorities and Building Surveyors
THE ROLE – Trainee Area Sales Manager:
A trainee field sales role, working alongside, shadowing and supporting two experienced technical sales professionals.
Being trained and fast-tracked on how to track and win commercial flat roofing projects with main contractors, roofing contractors, building surveyors, architects and local authorities
Full training will be provided on;
– My clients roofing systems, their USP’s and the London refurbishment roofing sector
– How to build and expand the client base with a proactive targeted approach
– Carrying out roof surveys and reports, specification package collation etc….
– Undertake technical presentations and CPD seminars.
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT:
You will most probably be a graduate with an architecture, surveying, construction or engineering related degree.
Keen to carve out and develop a career in field sales within the construction industry.
Someone that my client can train, develop and progress within the business.
You will be driven and ambitious, with a can-do attitude and first class communication and presentation skills
With some sales or loose construction related experience
My client will also consider more experienced sales professionals, with an increase package to reflect this
