A well-established and highly regarded Construction Consultancy are actively seeking a communicative and skilled Construction Project Manager to become a valuable member of their team in Manchester.

The Construction Project Manager Role

The Construction Project Manager will primarily focus on managing projects within the Residential and Commercial sectors, with a special emphasis on high-density residential developments and hotel projects.

In this role, the successful Construction Project Manager will hold end-to-end responsibility for project delivery. This includes overseeing all aspects from the initial planning and coordination stages to ensuring a successful and timely completion. This opportunity provides a platform for individuals to showcase their expertise and drive projects to success in a dynamic environment.

The Construction Project Manager

MRICS/CIOB/APM Qualified, or working towards or hold intent of becoming
Consultancy construction project management experience
Experience in high density residential and/or hotels project would be a bonus
Ambitious and articulate
Ability to lead a series of projects with varied complexity
