- Have a minimum of 3-4 years business development experience ideally within real estate / estate agency / technology / software sectors

Job Description
The purpose of the Business Development Executive is to support with the continued growth of this forward-thinking tech company by attracting and securing new business through relationship building.
Duties to include:
- Making outbound calls to estate agencies in your assigned area
- Identify the ideal contact via marketing research
- Presenting to decision makers and securing new business
- Contract administration
- Liaising via email, telephone, and face to face with targeted business
- Attending client meetings, lunches, and evening networking occasionally
- Attending trade shows
- Acting as an ambassador for clients products and services
This position will suit someone who enjoys working in a team but also can be responsible for own area of growth and development within the business. It is a sociable position which will require some out of hours entertainment with clients occasionally.
Hours:
Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm
Salary:
Up to £40k dependant on experience
