My client is a construction consultancy established for over 75 years. They work across the retail, commercial, residential, education, health and extra care sectors, mainly on new builds and refurbishment projects.
The candidate will be client facing, predominantly within the residential sector, but touching upon other sectors too, particularly higher education.
The successful candidate should have the ability to manage their own workload and eventually other members of staff whilst contributing to the overall expansion of the office.
