The Building Surveyors’ role
The successful Building Surveyor will have the opportunity to deliver projects both nationally and internationally, working across a wide variety of sectors including healthcare, mixed-use, office, residential, sport and leisure.
In this role, the Building Surveyor will become part of a collaborative and creative culture, offering the perfect environment for professional development and growth.
The Building Surveyor will also be responsible for providing professional services such as condition surveys, planned maintenance, schedules of condition, TDD, feasibility studies, defect analysis and dilapidations.
The Building Surveyor
The successful Building Surveyor will ideally be a confident and client-facing individual with previous consultancy experience.
- BSc / MSc in Building Surveying, RICS accredited
- On the APC pathway
- Both project and professional experience
