Job Description
Our client, a Multi-disciplinary Consultancy, are seeking a Building Surveyor to join them due to continued growth. The Building Surveyor will be working on a range of projects including residential and commercial projects, focusing on traditional surveys, dilapidations, party wall works and project based duties. The candidate will be a key part of the growth within the business, having grown 25% in 2020 and looking at 30% in 2021.
It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have prior experience working as a Building Surveyor for another consultancy. The candidate will need to be North West based and happy to travel for projects. They are open to considering candidates from a strong assistant level upwards.

- Working hours: Monday to Friday- flexible working hours

Building Surveyor Position Requirements
- Prior experience as a Building Surveyor within a consultancy
- North West based
- Ideally MRICS (not essential)
- Full driving licence
- Good tenure
- Varied experience is ideal

Building Surveyor Position Remuneration
- Salary: £36k – £42k (OTE of £48k – £52k) DOE
- Car Allowance: £4k
- Bonus: £4k – £5k if on target, tracked monthly
- Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays (rising with service)
- Mileage allowance on top of Car Allowance
