My client is a construction consultancy established for over 75 years. They work across the retail, commercial, residential, education, health and extra care sectors, mainly on new builds and refurbishment projects.
Duties:
- Proactive involvement with design development through RIBA Stages 4-6.
- Flexible and organised approach to the nature and programming of workloads.
Requirements:
- MCIAT or TCIAT Qualification is Desirable.
- REVIT, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office – We typically work at BIM Level 2 on a REVIT platform
- Competent in producing technical packages.
- Minimum 5 years industry experience.
- Experience in our key sectors, particularly residential
- Experience/knowledge of NBS Create (desirable)
