Hours: 8.30am – 5pm
Days of work: Monday – Friday
Hourly rate: £11.00 per hour
Location: Avonmouth, Bristol
Reporting to: Admin Manager

Purpose of the role:
To provide a comprehensive and reliable administration service to the centre. To cover a broad range of administrative tasks including creating and confirming job cards and data entry for production areas, actioning customer requests received locally or remotely, and running and distributing reports.

Role Accountabilities:
* Undertaking all aspects of administration, including document data entry, filing and running reports for other teams
* Administering vehicle collections including documentation and recording
* Assisting the Buyer Experience team with buyer contact and service
* Actioning any issues, queries or complaints arising so that any problems are resolved, in a timely fashion and to all parties’ satisfaction as far as is reasonably practicable
* Escalating any complex issues to the relevant co-ordinator/manager
* Taking on other responsibilities outside of normal role as required
* Supporting other locations as required

Knowledge and Experience:

* Previous Administrative experience
